HP 8025e

New Printer 8025e setup. Directs to 123.Hp.com/setup.

I've followed all prompts and printer is connected, enabled, on the internet and web service and HP account are set up.  But, getting error on printer directing me back to setup home page to finish setup.  But, home page shows printer ready, but still getting error.  There is nothing on screen to direct me how to get past this error.  

 

Please help.

Hi,

Please restart the printer and check again.

 

If the same persists, click the ? icon to the side of the screen and you should be able to skip the message from there.
