Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Got a new computer recently and when I try to install the HP Smart, it can't find the printer.
Have my computer hardwired to Router 1 (not a wife router)

Have my printer connected to Router 2 (wifi router fed by Router 1)

This is a bit different than my last setup where I had it working as desired, but I need this other router in the equation now (VOIP).

Printer is connected to the WiFi via Router 2, but I can't see it from the HP Smart Set up.

Thank you for any help you can offer.

@Raspyni, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Looks like you're using an extender, let me try and help you-

The router is probably not configured in the bridge mode. This could be a NAT issue which means multiple routers are handing out IP addresses and causing a conflict. Bridge mode means the router acts as purely an access point and not a router. Have a check with your ISP about the same.

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
