On any operation system or device. After around an hour or two my printer becomes unprintable and undiscoverable from anything and I have to turn my printer off and back on again and it works and shows up fine. Can anyone help? It really slows down my workflow and is really annoying. It's in a place where WIFI connection is good but cannot run an ethernet there.
Many thanks,
India-May Gray

Hi @Indiaamayy,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I understand that you are facing connectivity issues. I’d like to help!
Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.
Is it a private (Home network) or a public Wi-Fi connection? Wi-Fi direct? Or Hotspot?
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?
Meanwhile, you may follow the steps from this link.
Keep me posted for further assistance

Hi @Indiaamayy ,
Thanks for confirming.
Let's perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
