So I been trying to figure this out for a loooong time now. My printer is blocking what I'm trying to print. When I go to print, it says "printer blocked.". It's saying my printer is expired (whatever that means) in the HP app. I've tried the chat bot thing, calling HP to actually speak with someone and got hung up on when I wouldn't purchase [edit], searching Google for answers and going thru the steps in the app. The wifi button is solid blue so it has wifi connection. The web services button is blinking orange. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

Beware of Fake Sites
The "Real Deal"
123.hp.com - Printer setup from the HP® Official site
The official HP 123 site is where you can find the appropriate (and free) software and drivers for your printer.
There are many “fake” sites listed (in search engines) for “123” – please make sure you are using the actual “HP” site.
If you are asked for money to correct "issues" on your printer or computer OR if the “help” wants to log into your computer, you are using a “fake” site. Do not give these people your information!

Done with that...
Moving on.

HP DeskJet 3700 printers - Blinking lights
Web Services light blinks amber
This error occurs when a Web Services print job is blocked, or when HP Instant Ink is cancelled and a software message has not been acknowledged.
If both the Web Services light and the HP Instant Ink icon blink and the HP Instant Ink Service has been recently cancelled, press the Information button twice to resume printing.
If only the Web Services light blinks, an HP ePrint email print job has been blocked.
