Extreme variability & randomly intermittent loss of wireless Internet signal - any suggestions, or

Is this too technical for my cellphone providers to solve?   Are state or federally mandated quality standards not being met?

If so - state or federal telecommunications quality standards - to whom, where to go?

@chronicuser I wouldn't know which federal quality standards is being supported, as we are a global support and that depends on region to region, I suggest you check with a local tech store for advise as this isn't something HP would help you with, as this isn't an HP issue.
