Product: OfficeJet Pro 9110b

I am unable to connect my 9110b to the Wi-Fi.  It asks for "Printer User" or "Device Administrator" logins. I don't have either set of credentials.   I would like to factory reset this machine, but I can't seem to find any instructions online.

I had this same issue.  Under Device Administrator - in password type PIN from inside the door  where you load your ink
