@Jessica3211, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your Factory Reset for HP DeskJet 2600 Printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you are unable to log in to the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to access the printer's settings and need to perform a factory reset, follow these general steps for resetting your HP DeskJet 2600 printer:

Restore Network Settings:

  • Power on the Printer: Ensure that the printer is powered on.
  • Press the Wireless and Cancel buttons: On the printer, press and hold both the Wireless button and the Cancel button together for about 5 seconds. This will restore the network settings to their factory defaults.

Reset Printer to Factory Defaults:

  • Power off the Printer: Turn off the printer.
  • Disconnect Power Cord: Unplug the power cord from the printer and from the wall outlet.
  • Wait: Leave it unplugged for about 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect Power Cord: Plug the power cord back into the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Power on the Printer: Turn the printer back on using the Power button.

Reconfigure Network Settings:

  • Reconnect the printer to your network if needed, following the setup instructions provided in the user manual or on the HP support website.

Access Embedded Web Server:

  • Once the printer is rebooted and network settings are restored, you can try accessing the EWS by entering the printer’s IP address into a web browser.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
