Failed to install SIM card reader software
Even though I downloaded it from the original site

Please help me
I need it so bad

Although your device has a sim card slot there may not be a sim card WWAN card installed.

If you do not have a WWAN card installed you need to purchase one and install it into the available slot on your motherboard.
