Hi @,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The USB port on the HP DeskJet 2546B All-in-One Printer is typically located at the back of the printer. Here’s how you can find it:
- Power off the printer: For safety reasons, make sure the printer is turned off and unplugged from the power source.
- Turn the printer around: Face the back of the printer towards you.
- Look for the USB port: The USB port is usually on the back panel of the printer, often near the power cord socket. It might be slightly recessed and covered with a small plastic flap or cap.
- Check the sides: If you don’t find it on the back panel, check the sides of the printer towards the back.
- The USB port typically looks like a small rectangular opening, often labeled with a USB symbol. Once you locate it, you can connect your USB cable from the printer to your computer.
Refer to this document: HP DeskJet 2546B All-in-One Printer User Guide refer to the Page 8
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
