Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

My wireless printer keeps going offline and say firmware failed to update. If I turn off automatic updates I can’t use scan to email. Now for the kicker. I don’t own a computer, only an iPad and iPhone. So scan to email is the only way I know of to scan. Any ideas? I have a work laptop but don’t have admin access, so no downloading software.
