Flashing Blue light on printer and cannot connect HP 6020e

Why won’t my printer work at all.  Tried reset and all suggestions.  Blue flashing light and HP says no air printer found.

If your HP Envy 6020e printer seems non-responsive, along with a flashing blue Wi-Fi connection and says no airprint found, there are several steps you can take to potentially resolve the issue:
 

Restart the Printer and Devices:
 

• Turn off the printer by disconnecting the power cord from the back of the printer.
   
• Wait for approximately 60 seconds before reconnecting the power cord and turning the printer back on.
   
• Restart your computer and any mobile devices connected to the printer.

Perform a Hard Reset:
 

• With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the outlet.
   
• Disconnect any connected cables (USB or Ethernet, if applicable).
   
• Wait 2-3 minutes, plug the power cable back into the outlet and the printer.
   
• Turn the printer back on if it does not power on by itself.

Reset Network Settings:
 

• Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the back of the printer for at least 3 seconds to restore network settings to their defaults. This will also return the printer to Auto Wireless Connect mode.
   
• Use the HP app to set up the wireless network connection again.
