Product: HP Color LaserJet Managed MFP E57540dn
I have an HP MFP network printer that was set-up a few years ago. A few days ago I accessed the printer via it's IP address. It brings up the Device status, shows the amount of ink left, etc.. But I need to do some configuration, I click on Sign IN the upper right-hand corner and the sign in method with the drop down appears, only option is Local Device, username is Administrator or Local Device User. Then I enter the password, which I set it up a couple of years ago. It does not take. I enter administrator, admin, password, blank/nothing at all....
How do I go about getting this reset?
Thank you,
Ed
