Hi @sonia1500,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I'm here to help with HP products and services. However, if you've forgotten the password for your HP OfficeJet 8025 printer, you typically need to reset the printer to its factory settings to clear the current password. Here's how you can do it:

Power On the Printer: Ensure that your printer is powered on.

Restore Factory Defaults:

  • On the printer's control panel, navigate to the "Settings" or "Setup" menu. This can typically be accessed by touching the menu or settings icon on the home screen.
  • Look for the "Restore Factory Defaults" option. It might be located under "Printer Maintenance" or "Printer Setup."
  • Select this option and confirm that you want to restore the printer to its factory settings.

Reconfigure the Printer:

  • After the reset, you will need to reconfigure your printer settings. This includes setting up your wireless network connection and re-entering your password if needed.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
