Getting a Blocked Check Printer message

Up until last week, I have been able to print from my mobile (android) phone to my DeskJet 3752 printer. I do not have internet in my house so the printer is connected by wi-fi direct to my phone.  Now, for some reason I can not print. When I try to connect I get a messages saying either "connected without internet", " You may need to approve this connection on your printer's front panel", and when I try to print it says "Blocked Check Printer". 

I have tried reading through the community and have tried agent help but nothing is working or giving me the right answer.

Let's restore the network settings on the printer:

Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.Press and hold the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

Once done, try connecting the printer to the Wi-Fi.

Thank you for your feed back, but it still is saying "connected with out internet" when I try to connect to the wifi on my Samsung S10. If I try to connect thru Bluetooth, my phone cannot even find the printer.

It acts like its connect to wifi and like its going to print, but now says "blocked printer". I have looked and cannot find anything that is blocked.
