Hi,
Recently set up a new Google nest wifi mesh network in the house which uses both 5ghz and 2.4ghz. The HP printer resolutely refuses to connect to it. How do I set this up?
Thanks
Jon

@jonhyde, Welcome to HP Support Community!
The printer only supports connections using 2.4GHz. So when you configure the mesh network, ensure you have different SSIDs for both the 2.4GHz and the 5GHz networks.
Also, the router is probably not configured in the bridge mode. This could be a NAT issue which means multiple routers are handing out IP addresses and causing a conflict. Bridge mode means the router acts as purely an access point and not a router. The issue is most likely when you can print at a specific location but not at a different location.
Check with your ISP and see if that helps.
Keep me posted for further assistance.
