Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.
HP Recommended
HP LaserJet Pro MFP M148dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I switched internet providers to Google Fiber, and now cannot get the M148dw to connect to wireless since google doesn't do the WPS.

I tried the workaround suggested before, in the HP smart app it does not give me a prompt to 'Make printing easier by connecting your printer wirelessly'   and the other workaround of Convert a USB connected printer to wireless doesnt show up either.  (Yes, I am connected to printer with usb).

I also tried the 123 setup deal someone else said worked for them, but it gives me prompts to do a setup wizard that is not available on my printer.

The wireless setup on the digital menu only gives me options for the Wifi protected set up via WPS push button or pin (which google doesn't support)

I have uninstalled printer on computer and rediscovered, that didn't work.

I did the reset/restore default on the printer so that my old network isn't saved on it (now on the test report it shows networks detected, and passes all the tests, with ssid not specified)

Any ideas?
