Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

Attention.   More than one access point/wireless router has been found that matches your wireless network name (SSID0 if this is not intended, your HP printer may connect to the wrong wireless network. to avoid this change your wireless(SSID) to be unique. If you change your network name, you will need to configure the SSID on all wireless devices to match your new network SSID.  Who can help with this problem or who do I contact to assist me?

3 possibilities:

1. If this was hardware supplied by your internet provider they may be using a default name on all devices they install, which is a very poor standard to follow and in that case you should definitely assign a unique SSID to your wireless. Consult the user guide for your router and contact your internet provider. This is a serious security risk as they may be using the same default password on all installs as well, making it very easy for someone to hack your systems.

2. Your router is dual channel and the 2.4 and 5 Ghz channels share the same SSID. This is a common configuration and does not pose the same threats as above as it is still the same network.

3. Someone is spoofing your wifi name to trick you into connecting to their service so they can steal data.

#2 is the most likely thing happening here.
