@PATTY13AB, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If you have changed your Wi-Fi network password, you'll need to update the network settings on your HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer to reconnect it to the network. Follow these steps to change the Wi-Fi password on your printer:

Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi:

Using the HP App (Recommended):

  • Open the HP app on your computer or mobile device. If you don't have it, download it from 123.hp.com or your device's app store.
  • Select your printer from the app's homepage.
  • Go to the "Network" or "Wireless" section to update the Wi-Fi settings.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your new Wi-Fi password.

Using a USB Connection (Alternative):

  • Connect your printer to your computer using a USB cable.
  • Open the HP Printer Assistant on your computer. You can access it by searching for your printer's name in the Windows Start menu.
  • Go to the "Utilities" tab, and then select "Printer Setup & Software."
  • Choose "Reconfigure Wireless Settings," and follow the instructions to enter your new Wi-Fi password.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
