Hi @radheya_traders , Welcome to HP Support Community!

You generally need to uninstall the current printer software/drivers and reinstall the latest full-featured software using the HP Smart app.
Here is a step-by-step guide to recover and set up your printer:

Step 1: Prepare the Printer and PC

    1. Restart devices: Turn off the printer, computer, and router. Wait 60 seconds, then turn them back on.
    2. Uninstall existing software:
      • In Windows 11, go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps (or "Add or remove programs").
      • Find any HP printer software listed and click Uninstall, following the prompts.
    3. Remove printer from Windows:
      • Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
      • Select your HP Neverstop printer if it's listed, and click Remove device > Yes.
    4. Clear print spooler files (Optional but Recommended):
      • Search Windows for "Run" and open the application.
      • Type services.msc and press Enter.
      • In the Services window, right-click Print Spooler and select Stop.
      • Close the services window.
      • Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS.
      • Delete all files inside the PRINTERS folder (you may need administrator permission).
Step 2: Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode on the Printer
This step allows your computer to discover the printer during setup.
  1. Ensure the printer is in a ready state (the Power light is steady).
  2. Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel (X) button simultaneously for about 3 seconds.
  3. The printer will restart, and the blue Wireless light will start blinking, indicating it's in Wi-Fi setup mode.

Step 3: Reinstall using the HP Smart App (Recommended for Windows 11)
The HP Smart app provides the full software solution for Windows 11.
  1. Download HP Smart: Open your web browser and go to 123.hp.com or search for the "HP Smart" app in the Microsoft Store and install it.
  2. Open HP Smart: Launch the app.
  3. Add your printer: Click the Plus icon or "Add Printer". The app will search for available printers on your network.
  4. Connect to Wi-Fi: When the app detects your printer, select it. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect the printer to your home Wi-Fi network. You will need to enter your Wi-Fi password if prompted.
  5. Complete Installation: The app will install the necessary drivers and software. Once the connection is established, the Wireless light on the printer will become solid blue. You can now try printing.

Alternative Method: USB Connection
If Wi-Fi setup fails, connect via USB:
  1. Turn on the printer.
  2. Connect a USB cable directly from the printer to your computer.
  3. Windows 11 should automatically detect and install basic drivers.
  4. Open the HP Smart app to complete the setup and check for full functionality (like scanning).

Final Check: Update Firmware
Ensure your printer is running the latest firmware from the HP support website to resolve potential compatibility issues with Windows 11

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
