HP Printer 3760
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem with the web services of my HP 3760. They are not connected and I cannot make it because when I go through the IP address to my printer settings is asking me a password that I have never setup before. How I can find it or reset it? The HP Instant Ink doesn’t works because web services are not connected. Thanks

@Jaalonso, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are not able to enroll the printer in Instant Ink as the web services are not working. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this  document - Cannot Connect to Web Services

If the EWS page is locked and you are not aware of the password, we will have to perform a factory reset on the printer.

I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
