HP 3830 WiFI not connected

Hi Team, 

I have been using HP Officejet 3830 for thr past 4 months without any issues.

Now, for the past 2-3 days the WiFi blue light icon is continusouly blinking and the Wireless  details shown as below i.e.

IP: Not Connected

Network Name: N/A

MAC: E8-D8-D1-03-62-2E

Host Name: HP03622E

I have reomved the power icon and restored netowrk router settings multiple times, but still WiFi unable to set up.

can you please helpmus here?
