HP 4515 blue screen with Erorr C4EBA381 showing

one day I turn my printer ON and suddenly it showing a blue screen with Erorr code "C4EBA381"

I tried to turn it OFF several times but the blue screen still showing

after one week I turn it on and it was perfict no Erorr and its functional.

when i turn it OFF again the same erorr show up.

some time its work OK but some times its dont.

thats my issue with this printer.

any one have a solution for this proplem?

I understand that you are getting a C4EBA381 error, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
