Hi,

      I have a HP Office Jet 5255 Wireless All-in-One Printer just a few years old I believe. All of a sudden my LCD display is blue. No error codes at all. I can print a test page but that is about all. So 1. what caused this and 2. is it repairable or I have paperweight ? I have tried unplugging it, etc but no luck!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

 

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
