Hi
I have read all the posts about reconnecting to Web Services by disconnecting router, printer, laptop etc. I hace stopped and restarted Web Services ( which then means entering all the email addresses in again). My problem is that the connection keeps dropping out so each time I do this, I lose the email addresses and have to do the pin number thing all over again. Not easy when 2 of the recipients are in a different time zone.
THis has only started happening in the last few months having been fine for years. I tried again just now and the picture is the message seen when I reconnect everything again.
Any ideas???
PS the message also says to enter a proxy address. Why would I need to do that? Don't know how to anyway!

Hi @mrs-baglady,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We have to perform a Semi Full Reset to unlock the features of the printer. The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
