Product: HP LaserJet Enterprise 700 color MFP M775dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP 700 mfp m775 colour printer is not picking up the network. I can only photocopy and I can not print and yet printing is the main function I need it for. I have upgraded the firmware to FutureSmart v3. The network icon is crossed with a red line. If I touch it, I get a 0.0.0.0 as the IP address, see the images below. Please help!!!

If you have confirmed that LAN cable you have connected to the device has 100% working network, you can run a cold reset

If that is not helpful then cheapest is to buy and install jetdirect card HP Jetdirect 625n
