Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Printer is on/ paper flows though with the regular  sound it normally makes when printing,  however the paper comes through blank.,

Black ink cartage is new, The wireless ICON shows connected.. I have unplugged the printers two input connectors for two  minutes and reconnected the cables. Printer Blue dot is steady showing it has power. but paper still comes through blank.

What should I do next to enable it to print ?
