HP OfficeJet Pro 8028

I am trying to print from my iPad to my HP OfficeJet 8028 printer over the WiFi.  It worked in the past but now I can’t get it to work.  I downloaded the HP app and now I am thoroughly stuck.  My printer has a blue screen code B835DA7A code and is frozen.  Any help?  I’ve tried turning the printer off and back on but it goes back to the blue screen with this code.

I understand you are receiving a "B835DA7A" error on the printer screen.

 

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

I do not have any private Messages with the reset instructions.  And if I click on the link provided to get to them, I get an Access Denied error message.  Please provide the reset instructions for the 8028.  Why cant you just provide them here?
