In June 2026, we bought an HP 8160 printer, attached it to our home wifi , and got it to print from our two Windows 11 PC's.  Last month, we had to get Geek Squad to reinstall Windows 11 on our Dell Inspiron. Since then I have not been able to print from that PC to our HP 8160 printer, though I can scan from it. I have tried every recommendation I could find, rebooting our router, PC, and printer, removing and adding the printer in HP App and Microsoft Settings. I can print with no problems from our other Winows 11 PC - an HP Envy. I printed "WiFi Network Test Results" from the HP 8120 printer - it shows Wi-Fi On as Pass and Connected as Fail. Under Attention that report says "More than one Wi-Fi router has been found that matches your Wi-Fi network name (SSID)". I researched this and I believe it is refering to the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands on our Netgear Orbi CBR40 router, not to any neighbor's router. I tried some troublehooting tips I found but none worked. I hope you can help!
