Product: Desktop 8600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently my 8600 says printer no longer encrypted and I can non long print from mobile devices. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, no help. HP Assistant says it is connected to my wifi. I've seen this question asked in the forum but no answer was provided. Any help? Thanks, John

To assist you better, are you using an Android or an iPhone?

Which app are you using to print?

Are you able to print from your Win 10 PC?
