Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Our HP 8620 Officejet Pro stopped connecting to the WiFi. We tried all earlier solutions and it won't connect. 

 

We downloaded the Easy Start and tried to run it but says no devices are found. 

 

Soooo frustrated.

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • Is there any error message when you try to connect the printer?
  • Is your router dual-band enabled i.e., both 2.4GHz and 5GHz?

Also, if the printer fails to connect, print a Wireless Network Test Report, and then follow any instructions on the report to troubleshoot wireless connectivity problems. For more information, go to Using a Wireless Network Test Report.

If you have Verizon Fios --- they pushed an update last week to put all routers on the SON network, which isn't compatible with HP printers.  You need to call Verizon and have them disconnect your router from the SON network.  The agent I spoke with said 80% of his calls this week were because of this issue.
