Let's perform a semi-full reset on the printer, the reset will restore the printer to default settings. 

Note: This will erase all the settings on the printer including Wi-Fi - You will have to reconnect the printer back to the Wi-Fi router

 

  1. On the bottom left side of the printer control panel where the Return icon (↩️) displays, touch the area four (4) times. During this step, the Return icon is not illuminated. 
  2. Touch Support Menu.
  3. Touch the right arrow, until you see Reset menu, and then press ok
  4. Select Semi-Full Reset and Touch OK. 
  5. Wait for the unit to Power Down/Turn Off.
  6. Press the Power button to turn the Printer ON
