Product: HP 8720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't connect to my HP 8720 via bluetooth.  it keeps saying to contact the admin who set up the printer.  I am the admin.  I do have the admin password set but it wont' let me turn off the password.  Now I can't connect at all via bluetooth.  I've factory reset it 3 times; power cycled 5 times and connected via USB to see if I can get around this admin setting.  no success.  Right now it's dead brick.  Anyone else run into this issue?  It's interesting that the factory reset does not reset back to factory settings (e.g. no admin password).  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
