HP 9015

Hi - I am having the same issue and haven't had any luck with customer support. I just got my HP 9015 a few months ago and have not had any issues connecting to my wireless network. Now, the wireless icon has disappeared from the printer's home screen and when I go to Network Setup it says ""An ethernet cable has not been detected. Make sure that both ends of cable are inserted correctly." I am not connected through ethernet (don't have an ethernet cord) and there are no options to connect using wifi. I have tried turning off the printer and resetting my router. Thank you in advance for your help with this.

I'd like to help!

 

I understand the wirelesss option on the printer is not visible.

 

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
