Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I need help to Region Change of my HP 9020, I need to use 962 cartridges instead of 964 series. The solution from HP user (or bot) of connecting by USB with offline full software didnt work. I need the codes to region change/reset. Can a real person help me? best regards
