The HP App isn't able to connect to the printer any longer? The wireless connection from the laptop to the printer works fine. I am able to print directly without using the HP App. But when scanning documents, it is easier to scan and save the documents using the app when it works. I have deleted the printer and reinstalled, I have deleted the HP App and reinstalled and I have reset the WIFI connection with the printer. Nothing has worked?? Please Help!!

@rotorone, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand the HP app is not working while scanning.
Use the HP Scan and Capture app from Microsoft store to scan and check if that helps.
Alternatively, you may click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Open the HP Utility > Scan
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
