HP Deskjet Printer 2710e .Windows 11 23 H2

Went to HP app.

App would not load

tried resetting/repair no good

tried uninstalling reinstalling no good

tried another browser no good

any advice

HP Recommended

The printer is not currently working.

Tried resetting microsoft store cache

wsreset.exe

uninstalled HP SMART REINSTALLED AGAIN NO GOOD

UNINSTALLED PRINTER

TRIED TO REINSTALL FROM HP 123 WEBSITE NO GOOD
