Hi everyone,

I currently have a active HP+ Account. I do not require it anymore, since personal data is connected to it I would like it deactivated/deleted. I could not find a way to do so myself. My register country is Germany.

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you need information regarding deleting your HP Account. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

  1. Click here and scroll down and click on Privacy
  2. Then click on International Data Transfers and then  HP Privacy Office.
  3. After clicking the above link you will have to select your language and country.
  4. It will take you to a form, complete the form and highlight the option to delete the account.
  • Select I want to make a request regarding my personal data then you will receive an option to request deletion
