HP LaserJet CP1025nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had this printer (CP1025nw) for several years and have printed to it wirelessly from my desktop computer without any issues.  A few weeks ago I upgraded my ATT internet to 1 Gig Fiber, and since then have not been able to connect wirelessly to my printer.  The new router has the same SSID and WiFi Password as the old router.

I reset my printer to factory specs, deleted the printer from my desktop, and then installed HP drivers and software from the HP site.   I can still print via USB but am not able to connect wirelessly no matter what I do (by WPS or manually).   I can't seem to see the router's wifi signal.  My cellphone has no trouble finding it.  Any ideas guys??

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are getting connectivity issues on the printer.

Follow these steps to fix the issue.

Restore factory settings on the printer

1. Turn the product oƫ. Disconnect the power cable from the product for 30 seconds and then reconnect.

2. Turn the product on while you press and hold the Resume button for 10-20 seconds. The Attention light turns on.

3. Release the Resume button. The Attention and Ready lights cycle while the product restores factory defaults.

Refer to page number 28 in this user guide for the steps to convert the printer to a Wireless network using USB:- Click here

Let me know how it goes.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
