HP does not recognize Serial number which it has sent me three times: I've been reconnected twice --- for agents in India. I live in Vermont. HP started in MA, where I once worked, too.

Reply was not helpful, as I'd sent the serial number of my printer (also on HP document as well as the machine), and the identification of my WiFi, plus the password needed to connect. These were also sent to Instant Ink. All processes have been intact before . . .
I was just listed as "New Member" but I am not . . . my HP Desk Jet 2700 series All-in-One seems to have been overshadowed by new ones. One message I got was to "buy a new computer". Really. Fix this one.
