HP Color LaserJet Enterprise CP5525n Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys.

I am trying to set up a HP Color LaserJet Enterprise CP5525n on my home network. Currently, I have one end of a network cable plugged into the printer and the other end into a mesh access point that's connected to my home network.

When I go into Windows>Settings>Printers & Scanners>Add a printer or scanner, the CP5525n is there. I then select the device and click Add device, and it says 'connecting', as expected.

After a few minutes of 'connecting', I am met with the message below. I have tried this multiple times with no success.

Also, I have downloaded the latest printer drivers from the HP website and even updated the printer firmware, and still nothing.

Any ideas?
