Product: HP Color LaserJet MFP M277dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Color LaserJet MFP M277dw a few years ago this printer stopped being able to connect to webservices. It did when i first installed it in 2016. The printer is connected with ethernet to the router. It receives an IP normally and functions properly with all computers on the network. The only problem is that it cannot connect to webservices because of an internet problem that nobody knows how to solve. I have seen this issue before here but cant find the solution. Can anyone post it? 

 

I have 2020 firmware installed

same issues here.. have completed a firmware update .. little to no solutions on how to fix this ..
