Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro 4201dn Printer

Hello, 

 

I have a new color printer that keeps going offline and then shows offline on the end users PC and I have to reinstall the printer to make it show online. I adjusted everything to not go offline on the printer, but it still does (as in, if I type the web ip it won't load after a few days). I have to restart the printer to make it work again, but this only works for a short amount of time, and as a new printer, it should not be doing this. 

 

Any suggestions?
