HP Recommended

Trying to connect the printer to our wifi network. When I select the SSID it doesn't show the lock icon. The network is secured. You must enter a password to connect to it. I have five more of these printers that are all on that same network with no issues. This one refuses to connect. It also will not let me set a static IP. Everything I try to do comes back with an Operation failed error. The request failed because an internal error occurred. Please try again. I pulled the latest firmware yesterday to a thumb drive and updated it on the printer. Didn't make a difference. Factory reset it, didn't make a difference.

Any help would be extremely appreciated.
