HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw

I bought HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M282-M285 last year in2021. It's control panel screen has gone blank. I have tried unplug and plugging back in. and other options. When I start the printer, it does make the sound of collaborating and all. But screen still remain blank. Can anyone please suggest how can I fix it?

 

Its more than year so out of HP warranty.

I understand the printer display screen is not working. I see that you have tried the hard reset which did not help.

 

I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. I've sent you a private message with further instructions to resolve this issue.
