Hi @Grumpy3875,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're having issues with your HP DeskJet 4155e being offline and not connecting to the internet, even though you can print from your PC. The error message EBS0060613 suggests a problem with the printer's connection to the network or HP Smart.
Here are some steps to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the issue:
Check Printer Network Settings:
- On the printer's control panel, navigate to the Wi-Fi settings and confirm that the printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
- If needed, reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network. You might need to enter the Wi-Fi password again.
Restart Devices:
- Restart your printer, router, and PC. Sometimes a fresh start can resolve connectivity issues.
Update HP Smart App: HP printer setup (HP Smart app)
- Ensure you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed on your PC. Sometimes an outdated app can cause issues.
- If the app is already up-to-date, try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
Check Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Make sure your printer's firmware is up-to-date. You can check for updates through the HP Smart app or on the HP website.
Reconfigure HP Smart:
- Open the HP Smart app, go to the printer settings, and try adding the printer again.
- Ensure that your PC and printer are on the same network.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor: HP Print and Scan Doctor
- Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. It can help diagnose and fix common printer issues.
Check for IP Conflicts:
- Ensure there are no IP address conflicts on your network. You can do this by accessing your router's settings and checking the IP addresses assigned to your devices.
Reset Network Settings on Printer:
- Perform a network reset on your printer to clear any incorrect settings and reconfigure it. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to perform a network reset.
Refer to this document: HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer User manual
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
