HP Desk Jet 2800e Printer

Wi-Fi is on however this printer is not connected to a network.  Smart App cannot fix problem.  Instructions say open the HP Smart app on your pc add the printer and make sure you pick the 2.4 GHz SSID -- your DeskJet 2800e can't see 5 GHz..  I have no clue how to do this.  Then if it still won't connect, it was suggested that I restart the router and verify the network is set to WPA-2 Personal.  I'm lost there too.  My email is [email protected]

1. First install printer using your mobile phone with steps from the next video:

• HP App for mobile phones:

  • HP app for iOS >> Apple App Store)

  • HP app for Android >> Google Play Store)

2. Then go to install in your Windows computer using HP App
