Hi @Willis862,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet 2752e is not printing and showing "3 documents waiting" in the print queue, but is able to print the Printer Information Page when you press the resume button, the issue might be related to a software or print queue problem. Here’s a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. Check the Print Queue

Windows:

  1. Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click on your HP DeskJet 2752e and select See what's printing.
  3. In the print queue window, check for any documents that are stuck. Right-click on each document and select Cancel.
  4. Try printing a new document to see if it goes through.

macOS:

  1. Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
  2. Select your HP DeskJet 2752e from the list of printers.
  3. Click Open Print Queue.
  4. Cancel any stuck print jobs and try printing again.

2. Restart the Print Spooler Service (Windows Only)

  1. Press Win + R to open the Run dialog.
  2. Type services.msc and press Enter.
  3. Scroll down and find Print Spooler in the list of services.
  4. Right-click on Print Spooler and select Restart.
  5. Try printing again.

3. Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers

Windows:

  1. Go to the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for the HP DeskJet 2752e.
  2. Uninstall the current drivers: Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, find the HP DeskJet 2752e software, and uninstall it.
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. Install the downloaded drivers and follow the setup instructions.

macOS:

  1. Go to the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for the HP DeskJet 2752e.
  2. Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
  3. Select your HP DeskJet 2752e and click the - button to remove it.
  4. Click the + button to add the printer back and follow the setup instructions.

4. Check Wireless Connection

  • Ensure your printer is still connected to the same wireless network as your computer.
  • If necessary, re-establish the wireless connection by using the Wireless Setup Wizard on the printer’s control panel.

5. Reset the Printer

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Wait for about 60 seconds.
  3. Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
  4. Try printing again.

6. Print a Test Page

  • Go to the printer's control panel or the printer software on your computer.
  • Print a test page to ensure the printer is functioning correctly.

7. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor (Windows Only)

  • Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. This utility can diagnose and fix many common printing and scanning problems.

8. Check for Firmware Updates

  • Go to the HP Support website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model. Follow the instructions to update the firmware if necessary.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
