Hi @Aaron-B,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The blinking blue light on your HP DeskJet 3755 indicates that the printer is trying to connect to a wireless network. The wireless network test indicating that the wireless radio is turned off suggests that the Wi-Fi function of the printer is not enabled. Here are the steps to resolve this issue and get your printer connected to your wireless network:

Step 1: Enable the Wireless Radio

  1. Turn On the Wireless Radio:
    • On the printer control panel, press the Wireless button (the one with the antenna icon) to turn on the wireless radio. The light should stop blinking and stay solid blue once connected.

Step 2: Connect the Printer to Your Wireless Network

Restore Network Settings:

  • Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button on your printer at the same time for 3 seconds. This will reset the network settings on your printer.

Reconnect to Wi-Fi Using WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup):

  • On your printer: Press and hold the Wireless button until it starts blinking.
  • On your router: Press the WPS button within 2 minutes. The wireless light on the printer should stop blinking and stay solid blue, indicating it is connected.

Step 3: Connect the Printer to Wi-Fi Using HP Smart App

Download HP Smart App:

  • If you don’t already have it, download the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device from the HP Smart website or your device’s app store.

Set Up Your Printer in HP Smart App:

  • Open the HP Smart app and create an account or sign in if you already have one.
  • Click on the + icon to add a new printer.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Step 4: Add the Printer to Your Computer

Windows:

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
  • Click Add a printer or scanner.
  • Select your printer from the list and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Mac:

  • Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
  • Click the + button to add a new printer.
  • Select your printer from the list and follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 5: Print a Test Page

  1. Print a Test Page:
    • Print a test page to ensure the printer is connected and working correctly. You can do this from the printer settings on your computer or directly from the HP Smart app.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
