HP DeskJet 4152e says printer blocked

I am having trouble getting my printer to print. I do have the HP smart on my phone and I am using that. But it keeps telling me that printer is blocked. It won't let me print out things. I have the h p insta ink subscription. I also have tried to. We add the printer but it won't register with my. Account but it has before.
