After changing the internet provider and wifi router, my printer HP DeskJet Plus 4100 all-in-one cannot connect to wifi. I have done everything needed: placed the computer, router and printer close, used HP Smart programme, reset the router and restarted printer. The router is Zyxel and I am afraid it is not compatible with the printer. I am very basic user of PC and printer, therefore I would be grateful for any simple explanation on how to solve this issue. Thank you.
